UAE POA, wills and legal-translation authority source index
This index answers one research question: which official UAE page supports which statement? Each row pairs a narrow conclusion with the limit of that evidence, so a reader, journalist or AI system can follow the primary source without turning one authority's rule into a nationwide promise.
Start with the asset and receiving authority, not the broad phrase “UAE POA.” A Dubai property transfer, an RTA vehicle transaction, a federal digital instrument and an ADJD civil will are separate routes. The “evidence boundary” column is as important as the source: it records the conclusion the page cannot support.

What the source supports
The title-transfer service lists an official power of attorney where the owner is not present in person, and separately lists valid passport copies for non-resident owners.
Evidence boundary
This source does not say that every POA wording or every overseas execution route will be accepted.
How does DLD describe cancellation of a property POA?
What the source supports
DLD publishes a free Power of Attorney cancellation notarisation application and lists the identity documents required from residents and non-resident foreigners.
Evidence boundary
This is DLD’s property route; it is not a universal revocation procedure for every UAE authority.
What does Dubai Courts publish for POA ratification?
What the source supports
The service lists identity and attorney details, property title evidence where applicable, legal translation for non-Arabic documents, fees, and no-presence, virtual or personal completion modes selected from the case data.
Evidence boundary
A passport-only concerned party is listed for personal appearance; the three modes do not mean every overseas applicant qualifies for a virtual route.
Does the federal system publish a remote digital POA route?
What the source supports
The current contracts-and-deeds service lists Digital Power of Attorney through UAE Pass, electronic submission, payment, signature and receipt; the Ministry’s launch notice says customers inside or outside the UAE can use the remote service.
Evidence boundary
The service uses system templates. Eligibility, identity access and receiving-authority acceptance still depend on the applicant and transaction.
Who does DIFC say may register, and can it be remote?
What the source supports
The DIFC Courts FAQ publishes its age, religion and asset or guardianship conditions, says UAE residence is not required, and describes virtual registration from outside the UAE.
Evidence boundary
Eligibility is route-specific and does not decide how another will, foreign law or a particular estate will be treated.
What does ADJD publish about its civil-wills route?
What the source supports
The current Civil Family Court material publishes the civil-wills service and forms for non-UAE citizens, with the authority’s own registration process and template materials.
Evidence boundary
The route is distinct from DIFC and Dubai Courts. The authority must confirm case-specific eligibility and registration requirements.
What does MOFA authenticate for cross-border documents?
What the source supports
MOFA describes document attestation as certifying signatures and seals and publishes mission, courier and digital routes with document-language conditions.
Evidence boundary
MOFA attestation does not itself decide whether the final receiving authority accepts the document or its scope.
Where is the federal legal-translation framework published?
What the source supports
Federal Decree-Law No. 22 of 2022 regulates the translation profession, its Executive Regulation provides for the official translator and translation-house list, and MOJ publishes a legal-translator registration service.
Evidence boundary
The framework does not mean every translation is accepted for every document; the receiving court or department controls its own filing requirements.
A source remains in the index only while it is the competent public authority for the statement. A provider blog, directory or search snippet can help locate a lead but does not replace the authority. When a page disappears, the index records the retrieval problem and narrows the claim instead of silently citing another company.
